Where am I supposed to go? The first graphic appears to be Lofty.com (I'm guessing this because it doesn't tell me) but the site doesn't look like that. There is no "Marketplace" on their homepage. What ia an instance? What is an instance add-on?

Hi Kevin, It looks like you haven't accepted your Lofty invitation. I have resent it to you. Once you have logged into Lofty if you want a private instance you can follow the above instructions.

Hi Mario, to activate your Lofty account, please do the following: Go to LPT Connect (home page), then click on 'User Preferences'

Take a moment to read the following prompts carefully and choose accordingly.

After you complete it, you will be sent an activation email sent to you.

Is this available in Canada? When I click on "Marketplace" it takes me to a page, however mine looks different than the one you have displayed and does not provide these lovely "Packages" or "seats" , "Add ons" or "Single Instance" options. Please let me know. TY!

Lofty is available for Canadian realtors, but there are some limitations. Here are the key points:

- Certain features like postcards and Google Local Service Ads are not available in Canada.
- Canadian users can access the CMA tool if they have sold listing data from their MLS.
- Users can use Listing Discovery filters to search by postal codes.
- Market Reports and Market Snapshots can be sent, provided the necessary data is available from their MLS.
