IDX stands for Internet Data Exchange, a system that allows real estate agents and brokers to display Multiple Listing Service (MLS) listings on their websites:

How it works
IDX is based on Broker Reciprocity, where brokers who opt into IDX grant other participants the right to display their listings.

Benefits
IDX helps real estate agents market listings, attract leads, and close more sales. It provides clients a searchable database of properties, and agents can customize the search experience for their market.

As of now, your profile is pending review from both Lofty and Stellar MLS. Further access should be displayed upon approval.
