Hi, Genaro! Executed contracts can be uploaded to Dotloop. If you have not created a loop for the transaction, please do so and title it the address of the property.

thanks, where can I find the wiring instructions to LPT from the settlement company?

Hi Jerri, the title company or closing attorney would need to contact our office directly at 877-366-2213 to receive wiring instructions. Please note that at this time LPT only accepts wire transfers for the states VA and NC.
