How do I make sure the new folks (3-4 of them at present) that I am bringing on board get assigned to me as their mentor?

Hello Pamela, we offer a mentorship program for new agents. Please contact our mentor via email to Mentor@lptrealty.com. You may also submit a ticket. On the agent's contract, they are given the option to provide the name of the person most influential to joining LPT Realty. If anything, please call our main line 877-366-2213. Thank you.
