It would be helpful to see a completed Commision Intake form with notes on it.
Even though I read one thing here, the example given to me by an established agent was different.

Hi Barbara, I was just thinking the exact thing - a "sample" OR a video of step by step visual. Did you happen to create your Commission Intake form and possibly would share - with it being the SAMPLE doc if approved for DA issuance? I'm coming up on my my first transaction with LPT. I'm NOT sure of a few acromyn terms such as the line of low GCI ect on the form.. I've tried doing a few key word searches in KBase = although, great pp / slide of "How To Get Paid at LPT Realty". I've been surfing throught the Dotloop insturctionsl for a line by line tutorial on the Commission Intake - Once I master it, I'll DEF share for newbies.... :-) Anyway, just a thought since your post was somewhat recent in May. Thank you! I may reach out to you direct on this portal.

... and if we don't want to get paid at closing... does title wire or mail the entire fee to LPT, and they direct deposit our "share" to our account? Who gives those instructions to title?
Elaine Deval (6/19/2024 at 5:49 AM)
Hello Elaine,

Thank you for contacting LPT Support, we have received your ticket. I am Gregg and would love to answer your questions today. In the state of Florida only the check would be mailed to lptrealty, search our knowledge base for "remittance information".
Commissions are paid to agents via direct deposit and instructions to title will be provided by our compliance department. You may find resources helpful to you within your lpt Connect Virtual Office, by viewing our Knowledge Base.

This really doesn't talk or touch on referrals either. It would be nice to get a step by step procedure guide for all types of compensation payments. A video explaining this only would be great as well. Going through the intake, required documents as well as referral situations.
