Please add an "Agent Pick Up" option so the closing companies know that this is an approved option for us so we can deposit to Truist & ensure that we can include the property reference to avoid payment processing delays. Thank you!

Hello Pamela,

Single check states have the option to choose to pick up the checks to deposit into Chase or Truist. Agents need to indicate this on their commission intake form to ensure that this option is placed on the DA. Split check states do not have this option, there is only mail option, as agents would get paid at closing table. Please let me know if you have any questions.
