More help in how to address working with a buyer who doesn't have extra money to pay for their realtor fee or if seller won't pay a commission but buyer wants that house. Or a buyer who doesn't or can't take a personal loan at a higher interest rate to pay for their realtor commission. I think a video or class on working w/buyer strategies and how to get realtor commissions paid while using the buyer broker agreements.
