How do I get my company's forms on Dotloop?

Can you tell me if I add the docs to the Ready to review or under the listing doc area? And how do we get them checked sooner than right before closing?

Hello Ann! You can add the files to either or simply click the check box on that folder and click submit for review. On the top section, if you would like an early review of your file, simply submit a support ticket through LPT connect addressing our compliance department. Include the address of the loop you would like to be reviewed.

When I enter the address or mls number it doesn't recognize me to do the auto fill and I have to do everything manually. How do I get this fixed?
Is there a way to default everything I enter in blue? It is defaulting to black and I am having to change each field

Hello JulieRae, Dotloop is the primary system our agents use to manage transaction documents for compliance. It is available to you as an LPT agent. Because you are part of Big Block, I believe you all are still using Sweet Assist.

Hi, how do I access DotLoop? I have a listing appointment tomorrow and need the documents for the Seller. I was not sent a log-in for DotLoop.

In your Connect dashboard click on the "Dotloop" tile. You will then register as new using the same email address you use to log into Connect.
