Hello David! Thank you for using LPT Connect to explore our agent resources. I am happy to connect with you regarding the Performance Awards. LPT Stock Program offers 2 ways of earning: 1) Sponsorship Awards 2) Achievement Awards.

To view your Performance Awards granted and forecast, select the Performance Awards tab in LPT Connect.

So do we have to be with lpt for a year before we can get the black badge ? I understand its awarded to you at the end of the anniversary year but do we need to be with LPT for a year before the one that counts towards our black badge? Or can we earn that at our 1 year anniversary?

Hello Tara! Thank you for using LPT Connect to explore our agent resources. Yes, you will need to be with LPT for a year to get the black badge but what counts towards black badge is having 35 core transactions which is one of our requirements.
